M/O- The mouthfeel is light in body, and the carbonation is light as well.not quite smooth but doesn't scrub the palate either. There is nothing that really offends me, but again, it's weak in general and a little underwhelming. I also get hints of malt, caramel/toffee, cherry coke and really not much else. T- The flavors are actually quite good, with Bing/Maraschino cherry and semi sweet chocolate being the primary characteristics. There are underlying hints of coffee, molassess, charred black/chocolate malt and muted hop bitterness on the finish. S- Slightly chocolatey, slightly of candied maraschino cherry.weak overall.not offensive but weak. Lacing is modest at best with very small pinhole sized foam patches clinging to the side of the glass. The coloration of this Stout is dark brown with cherry cola hues around the rim.
